A few weeks ago I went to Kamera & Bild's office to view 500 photos that were sent into their photo competition. I was the judge and I can tell it's not easy to compete in photography and be the one who select good from bad. The winner was Jessica Silversaga with her two girls on the floor. For me this was an obvious winner. I love this photo! In the last issue of Kamera & Bild you can read an interview with me about how it was to be the judge of this round of Grand Prix and also see all the 10 photos I selected as winners. Another 10 photos will be featured as place of honour on their website very soon.

When I was asked by the Swedish photo magazine Kamera & Bild to be a judge in their photo competition I felt very honored. In fact I think it's very hard to compete in photography so this will be very challenging. In the latest issue of the magazine on page 38 you can read a presentation about me and what type of photography I like the most and what type of photos you have to send in for winning this round in Grand Prix 2011. I'm partial to dreamy motifs, pastel colors, something coming in contact with the body, blurry photos, morning light, beds and fog.
Send in your photos to the magazine at the latest September 8, on Monday!
