It’s January and I really like this time of the year. Time to reflect, time to work normal office hours and look forward and set new goals and think about what really matters. When I look back on 2018 this is one of the weddings I have close to my heart. Sarah and Tobias got married at Himmeta kyrka and celebrated at Färna herrgård in Bergslagen August 11. Here is their story.

Ada and Robin is a New York based couple who decided to have their wedding in Stockholm. The outdoor ceremony took place at Carlshälls gård, on the island Långholmen. Their wedding had the beautiful Swedish colors yellow and blue. Here are some favorites from their weekend.
Sometimes I'm driving back home from a wedding thinking - Wow, this was special. And I don't mean how pretty the couple looked or how many beautiful things I have seen that day. I mean the energy between the couple. This is something that I can feel so clearly at a wedding. Just look at Runa & Niclas' expressions during the dinner, how they hold each other, how they look at each other. It's like photography goose bumps! Here are some favorites from their wedding day, July 6th.
Runa and Niclas' wedding were held at Lindö säteri where Niclas grew up, and not far from the house they got married in Markims kyrka. All located outside Stockholm on the countryside.
Thanks Runa & Niclas! I will remember your day with the words: humor, joy and emotions. It was great fun to photograph your wedding!
I appreciate small little details in my work. Like getting a Christmas card from a client I just met once, and most of all when I really feel appreciated for my work and artistic visions. Photographing Linda & Erik's wedding was an ego boost for me and I left their wedding dinner warmhearted and thankful. Here are some of my favorites from their day.
Erik & Linda got married in Katarina kyrka that is located in central Stockholm. After the ceremony we snapped some quick photos at Skeppsholmen before all the guests took the boat to Ekensdal where the dinner was held. I had never been to Ekensdal before, but I can really recommend this place, specially since it's very bright and good photography wise.
Thanks to Ulrica Rolls (a bride from the past year) who assisted me during the portrait session at Nyckelviken. And thanks to Linda & Erik for being so relaxed and sweet before and during wedding day.
There was rain and there was sun, and two beautiful little daughters. Jessica and Mattias got married June 30th in Stockholm. Here are some of my favorite photos from their day.
In high school Jessica was a friend of a friend. I guess we mostly saw each other at parties in Uppsala where we both lived back then. Jessica and Mattias got married in Boo kyrka in Nacka. Before and after the ceremony we had two small portrait sessions since the weather was a bit rainy when we started at Waldemars udde. The reception took place at Skeviks gård.
One of the bridesmaids, Anna, have also booked me for her wedding with Christian. Their wedding will take place in Dalarö September 8th and hopefully some photos will also turn up here on the blog.
Thank you Jessica and Mattias for a day with my favorite colors!
